Now, when you create a recovery plan, we automatically add every activity to your calendar:

How It Works
1. Connect Your Calendar (Once)
In your settings, connect your preferred calendar app. We support:
- Google Calendar (Gmail, Google Workspace)
- Microsoft Outlook (Outlook.com, Office 365)
- Apple Calendar (via CalDAV)
- Any CalDAV provider (Fastmail, iCloud, etc.)
This is a one-time setup. Takes 30 seconds.
2. Create a Recovery Plan
Book a flight like you normally would:
- San Francisco → London (8-hour time difference)
- Departing Oct 15 at 10:00 AM PST
- Arriving Oct 16 at 6:00 AM GMT
Our algorithm generates a personalized 5-day recovery plan.
3. Sync to Calendar (Automatic)
Click "Sync to Calendar" and we automatically create:
Day 1 (Arrival Day):
- 7:00 AM GMT: ☀️ GET Light (30 min)
- 8:00 AM GMT: 🍳 Breakfast
- 2:00 PM GMT: 🏃 Light Exercise (20 min)
- 9:30 PM GMT: 💊 Melatonin (0.5mg)
- 10:00 PM GMT: 😴 Bedtime
Day 2-5: Progressive adjustments as your body clock syncs to local time.
Every event includes:
- ⏰ Smart reminders (15 mins before, 1 hour before, etc.)
- 🎨 Custom colors (orange for light, purple for sleep, blue for melatonin)
- 📍 Flight details in event descriptions
- 🌍 Dual timezones ("7:00 AM GMT / 11:00 PM PST home time")
Customization: Your Calendar, Your Way
Everyone's calendar workflow is different. That's why we built deep customization:
Custom Color Schemes
Choose colors for each event type:
- Light therapy: Orange (default) or any hex color
- Sleep: Purple (default) or customize
- Melatonin: Dark blue (default) or your choice
- Meals, exercise, caffeine: All customizable
Smart Event Titles
Use template variables to customize event names:
