By accessing or using Aerobase ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Aerobase provides personalized jetlag recovery plans, flight search, calendar synchronization, and related travel optimization services. Our recommendations are based on circadian science and are intended for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Aerobase offers free and paid subscription plans:

Free Plan: Limited to 3 flights per year with basic features
Pro Plan: Calendar sync, up to 50 flights/year, advanced features
Business Plan: Unlimited flights, API access, team features, priority support

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

5. Free Trial

New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You may cancel during the trial period without being charged. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate unless cancelled.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pro and Business subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available after the 30-day period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Share account credentials with third parties
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aerobase and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party providers including calendar services (Google, Microsoft, iCloud), payment processors (Stripe), and flight data providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our jetlag recovery recommendations are general guidance and should not replace professional medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerobase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
